APC products can be combined to powerful and cost efficient on-line analyzers. Samplers (of different make) are then combined with the suitable mill(s) of APC to perform the task.

The mills are well compatible with the SOLAS technology. In such a combined system the material delivered from the sampler is milled down to - 10 mm then sucked in by SOLAS and while in the air stream instantaneously milled down by the air mill to less than 200 µm. Seconds later the results of the chemical anlysis are provided by SOLAS.

In other applications ("KOLA") the sample flow, which is continously extracted from the material stream on a conveyor belt  with a grain size of less than 20 mm, is milled down with our hammermills in a first step to -10 mm and then to less then 2 mm. This sample material is offered to SOLAS for further processing and chemical analysis.
